Event Description: Life-altering, chronic pain is REAL, and better treatments are needed TODAY! It’s time to make fibromyalgia (FM) and chronic pain diseases visible, advocate for better access to care, and encourage and fund research for integrative treatments for FM in Richmond! Together Walks are a global movement to create a world where men, women, children, seniors, and our veterans have access to the treatments they need. Richmond Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Association, in collaboration with the National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association, is delighted to host a Together Walk. Come and meet others! Please invite your family, friends, colleagues, elected officials, and healthcare providers to a health and fun event to raise awareness and research funding for fibromyalgia. The course is completely paved so accessible for mobility devices. The 1K route is completely shaded. This is a family-friendly event.
